WC-Co Powders: High-Performance Materials for Wear-Resistant Applications

Introducing our range of WC-Co powders, designed to provide exceptional wear resistance and durability in a wide range of industrial applications. Our powders are made of tungsten carbide (WC) particles held together by cobalt (Co) binder, resulting in a material that is both hard and tough.

Our product range includes four main grades: KF-60 WC-12Co, KF-61 WC-17Co, and KF-62 WC-25Co, each with varying cobalt content and particle size distribution. KF-60 is available in both sintered and crushed or agglomerated and sintered forms, with particle sizes ranging from 15-45μm and 10-63μm, respectively. KF-61 and KF-62 are both agglomerated and sintered powders, with particle sizes ranging from 15-45μm and 10-38μm.

Our WC-Co powders offer excellent wear resistance and are particularly suited for applications where there is a high level of friction, such as in general machinery or fretting wear environments. The higher cobalt content in KF-61 and KF-62 provides better toughness, making them ideal for applications where impact resistance is also required.

In addition to their exceptional wear resistance, our WC-Co powders are also highly versatile and can be used in a variety of ways. They can be sprayed onto surfaces to form a hard and wear-resistant coating, or they can be used to manufacture wear-resistant components such as cutting tools, bearings, and seals.

At our state-of-the-art production facility, we use advanced processing techniques to ensure consistent and high-quality powders. Our products are rigorously tested to ensure they meet the highest standards for wear resistance and durability.

In summary, our range of WC-Co powders is a reliable choice for industrial applications where wear resistance and durability are critical. With their exceptional properties and versatility, they provide a cost-effective solution for extending the life of components and improving the performance of machinery.
